Refund Policy

Damages 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact kellynicolefit@gmail.com immediately if the item is defective or damaged. We will evaluate on a case by case basis and will determine if a replacement item will be sent based on the information received.

Exchanges 

Exchanges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a returned item is received within 30 days of initial purchase, and the protective casing is still intact, your item may be eligible for an exchange. 

Refunds

If a returned item is received within 30 days of initial purchase, and the protective casing is still intact, your item may be eligible for a refund minus shipping. If the outer casing is removed or broken, or if the item is returned more than 30 days after initial purchase, no refund will be issued. Renegade Strength LLC is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages by shipping carriers. Please make sure to double check your address at checkout to avoid any issues.
